Eaton Corporation Training Coordinator in Searcy, Arkansas
Eaton’s Hydraulics Group is seeking a Training Coordinator for its Power Motion Control Division in Searcy, AR.
Coordinate the on the job training (OJT) program for all hourly associates
Completes job analysis to ensure training program is kept current with needs
Work directly with supervision during manning strategy meetings
Provides input into the management review process with regards to training effectiveness
Maintains and reports monthly metrics
Develop standard work / Job aides for all elements of position
Works with all shifts across all functions to ensure alignment with OJT practices
Ensures compliance to ISO 14000 and ISO 9001 regulatory requirements
Leads and or facilitates Continuous Improvement activities
High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year experience in a Learning and Development/Training position
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Searcy, AR will be considered
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Previous experience working as a Training Coordinator or a related role
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Basic accounting principles
Associate’s / Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Experience with multiple training methodologies / needs analysis programs
Experience with maintaining and monitoring databases
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements
Possess strong problem solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of training methodologies
Working knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO/TS).
Ability to lead, coach, direct and influence individuals to successful outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
