Kaiser Permanente Washington needs a talented administrative coordinator to support our exciting and aggressive growth plans to open new facilities in our region. Be a crucial part of the small but mighty Delivery System Planning team and help KP Washington make sound decisions about its capital investments.
This role provides advanced administrative support associated with office operations. Monitor and coordinate the administrative functions of a department to ensure efficient office operations. Act as a liaison to other departments, such as Information Systems and Facilities, and coordinate work. May supervise administrative staff within the department and participate in team building and career development. Oversee department budgets. Analyze processes and recommend changes, with supporting data. Qualifications: Education Minimum Education Requirements Associates degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Education Bachelors degree. Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements Intermediate Ability to work independently across multiple departments on diverse assignments, using discretion, professionalism and integrity. Must be organized and detail oriented, with problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Knowledge/Skills Intermediate Project management skills and knowledge of Accounting and HR policies. Experience Minimum Experience Requirements 4 years Administrative or related experience. Preferred Experience 3 years Supervision or “lead” experience; administrative experience within Group Health.
