Title: Manager - Pharmacy Fulfillment Center I Location: WA - Seattle-Renton-GH Campus - Southeast Job Number: 171831

Accountable for the processes and systems needed to fill 4.5 million prescriptions annually while managing, organizes and directs the daily operations of all teams within the Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. Oversees the care and delivery of service provided by the fulfillment center ensuring that they meet or exceed standards for: daily productions, patient service, clinical quality, and safety. Maximizes the use of organizational resources through development, implementation and marketing of the use of the most cost effective fulfillment processes. Assures that work plans developed within the Pharmacy Division relating to the centralized processing of prescriptions are implemented and carried to completion. Works in collaboration with other areas in pharmacy as well as other departments to assure quality outcomes, manage access, and implement reliable clinical processes and procedures. Qualifications: Education Minimum Education Requirements Bachelors Degree Preferred Education Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree in Pharmacy Master's degree; Advanced degree and/or specialty residency in pharmacy, health administration or business administration. Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements Advanced level of leadership skills with the ability to direct the activities of others on a direct or matrix team basis. Ability to collaborate and be influential across various roles and service areas. Ability to recruit, mentor, develop and engage staff, monitor performance standards, deliver results, and hold staff accountable. Strong communication, collaboration and change management skills. Ability to collect and evaluate data to identify areas for process improvement and implement to those improvements. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to effectively anticipate, resolve and respond to issues as they arise. Knowledge of ancillary services regulatory and/or health care requirements. Financial management skills. Preferred Knowledge/Skills Unspecified Experience Minimum Experience Requirements 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing the day-to day operations, performance of staff and work flow. Preferred Experience 5-7 years of management experience specifically of a fulfillment center or very large pharmacy.
