Oversee various interdepartmental programs of a highly complex nature. Meet quality standards and the production of expected deliverables for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing tasks assigned for program participants. Lead the program teams and team members to effectively coordinate the activities of the program tasks. Communicate with Senior Management or Functional Area Manager regarding status of specific tasks. Qualifications: Education Minimum Education Requirements Bachelors Degree Bachelors degree. Preferred Education Masters Degree Masters degree in Business, Public or Health Administration or related field. Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements Advanced Excellent program management skills including timelines, scope and cost management. Ability to read and interpret financial data. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of quality improvement, quality planning, systems theory and business strategy development. Writing and data analysis skills. Communication, interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills. Preferred Knowledge/Skills Advanced Understanding of healthcare industry and terminology. Consulting, group process facilitation, whole system design, change management and conflict resolution skills. Experience Minimum Experience Requirements 2 years Working with management and working in skill areas. Preferred Experience Other Experience Health care experience.
