Bank of America Treasury Sales Officer in Seattle, Washington
Responsible for delivery of integrated treasury solutions to Global Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Business Banking or Small Business Banking clients. Partner closely with client-facing teammates in GBAM to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
The TSO serves as a working capital consultant, maintains a high level of expertise in the Treasury Management product area and leverages that expertise to provide clients / prospects with ideas, and helps deliver the best possible, optimally integrated global solutions. The intellectual capital of the TSO is critical to Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s (BofAML) competitive advantage to provide clients and prospects with the best solutions and service.
The majority of a TSO’s time is balanced between analysis of clients and prospects, design and execution of solutions and client calls to provide advice. The TSO continually builds and sharpens their product expertise, and provides coaching and mentoring to other client team members to develop their skills in the treasury management area.
BA Degree Required (Business, Accounting or Finance preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strategic thinker, with ability to gain access to C-suite executives
Strong drive and desire to succeed / exceed
Keen ability to navigate the bank and complex organizations in order to make an impact
5+ years client facing experience, in the field of treasury solutions slaes/ consulting
CTP designation and/or MBA a plus
Previous experience working with Technology companies
Knowledge of commercial card and merchant services
Knowledge of international cash management structures
