IBM Korea - Talent Acquisition LeadResponsible for conducting strategic sourcing to build pipelines researching and sourcing critical and niche skilled talents for open and future positions. Engage with candidates, managing a memorable experience. Subject matter expert in a specific domain, industry or function, relentlessly creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing methodologies. Market follower, gaining insights into talent shift, future needs and sourcing technologies. Quickly develop and manage relationships with candidates and key internal stakeholders focusing on exceeding expectations. Job Description - Support and execute key strategic initiatives to enhance our client experience, strengthen global alignment and build capability as a world class talent acquisition organization- Identify and secure best available talent, with an eye toward increasing the applicant quality across the entire recruiting cycle, and ultimately gain acceptances from applicants of offers in designated area(s)- Deliver a seamless applicant experience throughout the entire IBM recruiting cycle to establish trust and responsibility in all relationships that promotes the culture and brand of IBM in not only the marketplace but within internal organizations- Promote recognition of IBM as premier employer of choice in the marketplace, among campus institutions, as well as with channel partners (e.g., agencies, social networks, associations, etc.)- Establish effective relationships with the leaders/partners, influencing their recruiting strategies and their adherence to recruiting procedures- Ensure satisfactory business control posture, including compliance with corporate instructions, guidelines, policies, and procedures Required Experience & Qualifications - More than 10 years’ experience in HR- More than 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition- Strong sourcing & searching capabilities in IT related industries- Experienced in Executives, Experienced Professional as well as University Hiring- Individual who has ‘Growth Mindset’- Individual who has market sensing capability and business acumen in IT related industries- Relationship management between stakeholders (hiring managers, business leaders, HR, and external candidates)- Deliver consultative HR solutions to key stakeholders- Good communication skills Preferred Experience & Qualifications - Having broad personal network in IT & relevant industries- Having basic knowledge of labor law- Experienced in digital tools (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Kenexa, Reppify, etc.)- Excellent in English
