This is an exciting opportunity in Cheonan for an Order Management Customer Representative. Cummins Korea in Seoul is where Ensures that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with other functions as required. Acts as customer contact regarding order issues, scheduling, and shipping. Collect and collate On-Highway market sales data and business intelligences by contacting OEM accounts, and support SBP/APP/AOP procedures.

Key Responsibilities - Thinking beyond your desk includes:
Provide consultative, pre-sales support information to customers (lead time, availability, minor technical support, policy), making recommendations and providing guidance
Performs order management functions for a specific set of customers/accounts; responsibility for the entire order life cycle (special pricing discounts, change order & cancellation processing, invoicing/credit memos).
Act as single point of contact to the customer for order inquiries
Possess general understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing needs of assigned customer base
Liaises with internal production, planning & materials teams to ensure prompt, accurate and timely order throughput
Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization such as production, warehouse, or logistics to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints
Support OMCS departmental goals and initiatives to become a more proactive customer support organization: develop, document and enhance standard sales administrative practices as they pertain to customer communication, manufacturing communication and order throughput processes.
Identify ideas and develop proactive communications to assigned customer base, regarding processes, policy and / or best practices
Hosts customers at local plant for customer visits, witness tests and/or factory tours
Participates in continuous improvement projects
Communicate with OEM accounts to get sales info, engine/vehicle inventories and vehicle operation plans and analyze the data
Compile and analyze market/OEMs’ data for the SBP/APP/AOP procedures.
Understand FX movements and reflect in price adjustment actions.
Manage AR and past-due with OEMs and regular updates to corporate teams.
Participate in On-highway team’s market survey, VOC-collecting and manage promotional give-away item

Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Manage Execution - Must have strong ability to multitask and prioritize based on customer demand and workload.
Technical Skills - General understanding of order entry processes, systems and overall customer support functions. Knowledge of production planning and back office functions, an international trading knowledge, basic financing and FX understanding and knowledge.

< Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience>
University, or equivalent degree required.
Preferred 2 5 years customers service experience preferred in the Automotive or related industry.
