IBM Logistics Operations Manager in SINGAPORE, Singapore

• Manage & lead site Global logistics Project & Initiatives.• Manage relationship between IBM appointed logistics suppliers.• Monitor and continually improve standards of performance, accuracy and quality within the operation• Manage new service requirements between IBM and logistics suppliers supported official documentation.• Ensure process optimization between IBM and logistic supplier to ensure warehouse efficiency• Communication and coordination across the other business units within the organization for the purpose of operational integration and development of best practices.• Inform and support higher management, comply with corporate rules and agreed site processes and be responsible for reporting any serious deviation from plan.• Manage the review of current operations, planning change, development of project plans and implementation of new improved practices.• Review, implementation and system generated reports and operational information• Identify opportunities for cost saving and develop effective solutions to realize them.• Take necessary steps to improve the safety of the work process and environment CSUSupplyChain

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.• Knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes & programs.• Exhibit strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.• Ability to interface professionally with all levels & functions of the organization.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.• Ability to multi-task & prioritize work assignment.• Mature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.• Must be an excellent team player with good learning attitude.• Candidate should process analytics & problem solving skills.• Experience in the Logistics Supply Chain
