Position Title Operations Support (Admin/Project Assistant)

Job Summary

  • Support Business Line leader to liaise with Project Managers and Project Directors, Team Leaders on general support on time sheet, project setup, billing and collection on monthly basis.

  • Work with Team Leaders, Project Directors and Project Managers for resources planning

  • Manage and consolidateSEAsia Building Engineering team manpower planning and people movement

  • General administrative role and support to Business Line leader to manage day to day matter.

  • Other Ad hoc activities as per projects requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years within administrative support.

  • Knowledge in engineering environment will be highly preferred

  • Ability to cope with fast pace working environment

  • Overtime might be required to meet timeline for projects submission/tenders

  • Meticulous, energetic and outspoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma in any field (engineering preferred).
