Work you ll do As an intermediate federal acquisition cost analyst supporting Deloitte s federal government practice you will be expected to independently perform tasks associated with cost analysis and financial management support for a Program Executive Office (PEO). These include activities such as:Provide lifecycle management support and financial execution reportingDevelop and maintain program financial tracking documentationUse financial management systems such as Oracle Federal Financials (EBS) in fact finding, analytical, budget and advisory functionsSupport fiscal year end closeoutEnsure accounts are balanced and all operating funds are expensedPrepare monthly budget slides, reports, and other required documentationRespond to budget data callsProvide accurate and systematic cost analysis for current and future program related activitiesSupport program managers by providing cost comparisons & Economic Analyses (EA), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Business Case Analyses (BCA), Life Cycle Cost Estimates, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), Function Point Analysis, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE)Develop and apply cost models by utilizing DoD-approved modeling toolsPerform analytical studies using parametric models such as SEER-SEM and PRICE-SThe Team Transparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability: these are the hallmark issues shaping Federal government initiatives today.
