Someone who is an agile operator keen to shape the next wave of client engagement, a person who wants to be the driving force behind the vanguard of digital marketing and social selling.....and most importantly a person who is passionate about how we can continually surprise and delight new buyers and customers.You will be a Marketing leader with 8-10 years’ experience and keen to take the next step in your career. Tasked with spear-heading this exciting new role, within a newly formed team, you will be comfortable developing and owning the strategy to drive adoption and renewals across our range XaaS offerings. You will be data driven, and have an understanding of the business partner community.On a day to day basis you will apply deep buyer and segment (predominantly Small & Medium Business) routes-to-market expertise, and set the standard for exceptional client experience.You'll partner across the marketing and sales teams to continuously optimise execution and business results.Your background, skills and expertise will help you to lead the broader marketing organisation in delivering unique/compelling point of views, buyer specific messaging at the right time during the buyer journey. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the marketing organisation is using the latest in B2C techniques to win new business across new clients, new buyers and in new parts of the market.This will involve ensuring stakeholders and peers alike are bought into your vision and taken on the journey. What will you bring to the role?1. Leadership, collaboration, project management skills and the ability to influence across the organization2. Strong communication, messaging and storytelling skills3. Strong digital marketing and content narrative skills (social, editorial and web channels)4. Skills in applying social and web analytics to optimise results from disparate channels5. Proficiency in translating complex technologies and concepts into easy to understand content - bringing innovative thinking to creative teams to develop new types of content & engagement.6. 8+ year’s experience in an online, digital or marketing role with some experience working in a B2C environment focussed on SaaS7. Expertise working within a sales environment/working closely with sellers and business partners (experience working with developers would be an added bonus)8.
