Drive workflow definition, blueprint and design new solutions, facilitate robust testing, and drive training & launch initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner cross functionally (Breeding, Phenotyping, Conversion Centers, SmartFields, Logistics, IT, and Analytics) to design & deliver value added smart & connected systems, specifically in the areas of Protected Culture , nursery operations, and seed processing

  • Develop and implement new solutions to support business strategies thru value driven prioritization & alignment with senior leadership

  • Uncover operational pain points, recommend appropriate solutions while partnering across champions & users, and drive implementation

  • Create clarity among stakeholders for hand-off requirements, acceptance criteria, and POC development thru business process documentation

  • Ensure operational adoption thru leading launch and training efforts by partnering with end users to ensure ability to successfully use the delivered systems & tools What You Offer:

  • Experience assessing, developing, and training on new systems/tools to reach end users; must have ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with these groups.

Required Skills:

  • BS in Science or Technology

  • 2+ years project management experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred S kills:

  • Prior experience with software or application development

  • Understanding of Monsanto product development pipelines
