Talent Acquisition Consultant
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the hiring process including actively engaging with hiring managers, providing ongoing status of requisitions, advising and influencing hiring managers throughout the hiring process, and closing requisitions in a timely manner.
Develop position-specific sourcing strategies and action plans by utilizing sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, cold calling, and referrals to surface a diverse talent pool.
Assess, pre-qualify and recommend internal and external talent.
Provide external market data to hiring managers and HRGs.
Recommend and influence offer process in partnership with the hiring managers and HRGs.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies and practices.
Collaborate across TA peer groups and with other HR functional partners.
Other duties as assigned.

The Talent Acquisition Consultant has primary responsibility for performing full life cycle recruiting for entry level to mid - level professional positions. Individual will partner with the Hiring Managers and Human Resource Generalists (HRG) to meet hiring needs in a cost effective manner.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:
Demonstrated expertise in the evaluation and development of recruiting processes, procedures and creative sourcing strategies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide array of audiences.
Strong working knowledge of ATS systems.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to drive success in a metrics focused organization.
Skilled at building credibility and effective relationships; is a strong collaborator.
Bachelor’s degree or related experience plus 2-3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience.
