We are hiring.The IBM GBS Cognitive Process Re-Engineering Practice is a team of industry experienced, strategy, business, and technology consultants who collaborate with our clients to co-create a cognitive agenda for their businesses. This is a growing practice and the leaders and consultants on this team are the architects of AI and robotic automation for our clients. Our Cognitive Process Re-Engineering practice is looking for an experienced Cognitive Process Re-Engineering Associate Partner to maintain effective business relationships with our client’s management team, design industry based solution roadmaps aligned to business value using extensive knowledge of the banking industry and lead the delivery of solutions based on first hand experience. You will need to understand strategy, business process, and/or technology consulting and understand the challenges faced by the Banking industry today and be inspired by the opportunity to work in a team to develop new processes and technologies to overcome these challenges. The ideal candidate will have a background in robotic process automation, cognitive technologies, and/or complex technology project management. You need to have a strong background leading teams performing advanced process modelling and/or operational modelling. You will also have knowledge of consulting methodologies, consulting practice management, and experience in a sellàdeliver role.. Responsibilities Include:
Establishing relationships within client organisations and delivering timely, high quality service to the client.
Operating as a team member, drawing upon the experience of other professionals within the engagement team and from other functions.
Utilizing Automation Playbook and Industry Frameworks to evaluate a business process and identify automation opportunities.
Development of client specific points of view and presenting them to senior executives
Contributing to the definition of the engagement scope of work and outputs.
Build senior line of business client relationships and a business pipeline of opportunities
Maintain business controls for pipeline reporting and signings/revenue forecasting
Achieve personal signings, revenue and utilization objectives, in alignment with practice objectives
Understand client needs and industry trends and develop winning proposals, applying IBM’s consulting and technology/data capabilities
Manage the closing of new business
Translate winning proposals into referenceable client project delivery –leading medium to large project teams with responsibility for overall successful delivery
Maintain high client satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivery excellence; build strong delivery teams with predictable performance; develop lasting relationships based on mutual respect with clients’ decision makers
Recognizing risks and issues related to the engagement objectives and suggesting solutions.
Inspire and mentor our consultants, with a focus on building expertise our clients value, external brand eminence and accelerating career advancement of strong/top performers
Work with delivery organizations to ensure staffing/talent strategy and investment is aligned with account growth and strategy

REQUIRED Professional and Technical Expertise
Mature Leadership profile with 10+ years of Consulting experience in the Banking Industry
At least 10 years in a business consulting firm with experience building practices, including hiring, developing and retaining talent
Consistent and proven capabilities in driving Sales/Business Development in large and complex deals.
Demonstrated successful leadership of transformation programs - from definition through implementation and realisation of desired outcomes.
Proven ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
Demonstrated people management ability to lead and mentor staff of all levels
Demonstrated business acumen including superior negotiation skills and contract/profit management
Willing and able to travel as required
Deep Relationship Propensity - Worked with Client in a consulting/relationship-driven behaviours
Experience working in a complex matrix organization.

Market Eminence, developing Subject Matter Expertise. Personal Social and Digital Eminence. Published papers or Thought leadership profile
