Job Description

Support sales by managing daily back-end tasks of assigned accounts including order, logistics tracking, payment, database maintain, and production/shipping progress. Work and communicate cross functionally to ensure order and internal process carried out smoothly.

  • Responsible for the sales orders key-in and logistic tasks

  • Drives for on-time-delivery by working with manufacturing teams

  • Support sales and team to reach sales goal, maintain database

  • Coordinate and manage whole process after orders confirmed of assigned accounts

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

  1. 2 years’ experience in the assistant role in sales support or logistic operation, or customer service

  2. College degree or above, Subject related to trading / logistic/ finance/ Language etc.

  3. Experienced in order fulfilment and logistic jobs

  4. Familiar with incoterms and payment terms

  5. Language: Good in English; capability of Chinese communication is a plus

  6. Skilled in Excel, Word. SAP experience would be preferred.

  7. Attention to details, self-motivated, with ownership of assigned responsibility and good working attitude

  8. Able to work independently and satisfying problem
