Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator performs a variety of HR duties in support of the Director, Talent/Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. Performs duties and special projects related to the overall departmental operations. Will work collaboratively with HR Team to accomplish goals. HR phone coverage, calendar and scheduling duties, and other duties as assigned. Assists with development and implementation of employee engagement strategies, programs and policies, including organizational learning opportunities. Coordinates employee programs. Assists with administration of benefits and LOA/Work Comp, including system maintenance. Works with HR Generalists, Director Employment & ER on employee relation’s issues Gathers data to ensure site compliance with Performance Management Methodology and use of tools and prepares reports. Gathers and analyzes data/metrics including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Corporate Compliance, Succession Planning, Organizational Learning, etc.

Qualifications

2-3 Years’ experience in Human Resources, Required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources of related field, required.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required. PeopleSoft/Taleo experience, preferred.
