Eaton Corporation Customer Service Representative in Tczew, Poland

Main responsibilites:

The job scope can include: daily cooperation with the customers, ensuring proper part identification and/or application, performing order entry, providing assistance and communication to the customer, completing RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations), reviewing shipping priorities, fulfilling GTM and VAT policies. Main customer contact.

Essential functions:

Provide single contact point for customer schedules by all means of communication & effectively communicate & acknowledge all customer orders with delivery dates & quantities.

Receives from Customers scheduling programs and enters their requests into the system and responds to requests to meet customer satisfaction requirements reacting to delivery schedule changes.

Receives Order Entries and controls that all data requested are correctly fill in and manages the data. Insure accuracy of customer invoices.

Obtains answers and responds to customer within stated time frame.

Requests and coordinates shipping instructions for export orders. Inputs export orders into our business system accurately, specifying all documents required, special terms, type of boxing required and method of payment required for the customer.

Responsibility for documentation and works closely with compliance department to insure proper preparation of paperwork and that all requirements are being properly fulfilled.

Route incoming calls in lieu of a telephone operator.

Enters in the Customer Order Systems all the Customers address data and provides team to allow issuing shipping documents and invoicing.

Communicates customer requirements to the people involved.

Meets with Customers in order to improve communication obtaining relevant information and interviews contact people for the CRR.

Receive & process all customer contracts and new prices from Sales Managers..

Process all blanket order schedule changes from customers (daily, weekly, monthly releases). Managing Customer portals (orders and transport) .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in SCM, Logistics, Business or related field

· Min 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment and in customer contacts

· Knowledge of MRP system/ Oracle/ MFGPro/ JDE

· Organization and time management skills.

· Building networking and communication with Eaton plants and customers

· Problem solving skills.

· Team-oriented problem solving skills and corrective action methodology.

· Out-of-the box thinking.

· Commercial sensitivity, business acumen and judgment skills.

· Customer-specific language skills (English (main), German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portugese, Czech) to provide verbal and written communication.

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and Eaton Business Partners at all levels of the organization.

· Computer knowledge/experience is required in Excel, Word and Power Point.
