United Rentals National Accounts Customer Service Representative in Temple Terrace, Florida
The primary responsibility is to meet the expectations of internal and external customers by providing exceptional service and support. Responds to basic customer service and support requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (1)Answer inbound contact center calls regarding equipment rentals, purchases, equipment service and pickup and all other calls as outlined within department guidelines: (a)Effectively address customer requests in a timely manner (b)Log all calls into the RentalMan system (c)Logged information includes all contact information, call details, call type and 800 source (d)Contact information will be turned into a reservation or contract by the rental counter (e)Escalate complex requests to Group Leader. (2)Maintain company knowledge of store openings and closings to ensure superior customer service: (a)Successfully complete training programs in specified timeline (b)Review online and print materials regarding current/new products.
(1)High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. (2)1 to 2 years Customer Service Experience (experience in a heavy volume call center environment required). (3)Other Skills Required: (a)Must have a clear and pleasant phone demeanor (b)Excellent oral and written communication skills (c)Data entry skills-50 wpm (d)Proficient in Microsoft applications-Word, Excel, Email (e)Reliable and dependable (f)Flexibility and ability to deal with a high volume of tasks, stressful, and sometimes unfamiliar situations (g)Excellent time management and efficiency skills (h)Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail required.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:30am to 8:00pm
