AutoZone Sr. Commercial Analyst (CRM) in Tennessee

HHDescription: Commercial Analyst

The Sr. Analyst will perform exploratory data analysis to identify potential influential variables or relationships, and present results effectively to support strategic Commercial initiatives. She/he will be responsible for working cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Pricing and other organizations to achieve common objectives. The Sr. Analyst will be able to provide guidance on findings and implications, and be capable of explaining these findings to internal customers. A high level of accuracy on all data analysis is expected, as well as a desire to continue to learn new approaches, techniques and best practices. This team member will explore, develop and implement customer behavior prediction tools to improve profitability and customer service across all our brands.

Develops plug-ins, custom workflows assemblies, form JavaScript events and custom reporting

Works with multiple analytical tools (SAS, SQL, etc.) to update Dynamics CRM

Provides knowledge & input on system implications of process changes.

Identify, document and communicate CRM configuration and development best practices.

HHRequirements: Commercial Analyst

Proficiency in querying complex data warehouses, and aggregate data for strategic reporting using SAS is desired

Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are needed

Presentation of findings, including recommendations to key stakeholders

Ability to work well with multiple levels in the organization

Ability to conduct analyses with relative autonomy

Strong analytic and quantitative reasoning and enjoy problem solving

Knowledge of Pricing software solutions is desired

5+ years in analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

B.S. or MA/MS in Statistics, Economics/Computer Engineering or equivalent field.

A Masters' degree is preferred.
