Position Summary:

The Senior Web Analyst will work closely with and support the Manager of Web Analytics- e-commerce. This position will be primarily responsible for creating and interpreting web analytics to generate reports, monitor performance of the customer experience on the website, and make recommendations to improve departmental reporting and drive EBIT. This position will also assist with planning and forecasting Sales as directed by the Manager of Web Analytics- e-commerce.

Job Responsibilities:

Use web analytics to generate actionable information and effectively communicate recommendations to optimize the website to drive Sales and EBIT.

Measure site usability/effectiveness, along with monetization of media campaigns, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices.

Oversee tag management services and maintain integrity across multiple sources of data.

Partner with multiple vendors to implement analytics requirements and streamline project processes.

User acceptance testing of Adobe (Omniture) tags and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes (data validation, etc.) on various platforms.

Contribute to building an analytics strategy and elevate the analytics platform to achieve a data-driven digital marketing culture.

Drive forecasting and planning Sales for both the Commercial and Retail websites using statistical methodology.

Data analysis of web projects, A/B and multivariate testing, and ad hoc requests.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has supervisory responsibilities: one or two direct reports.

HHRequirements: Web Analyst

Position Skills and Requirements:

Three to five years direct experience.

Experience working with Omniture SiteCatalyst a must; SAS strongly preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science, statistics or similar, Masters degree preferred.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with sound knowledge of statistical and forecasting methods.

Strong understanding of e-commerce, web analytics, and statistics.

Highly Proficient in Excel and SQL.

Able to work in a cross-functional team environment.
