Eaton Corporation Project Integration Engineer in Tijuana, Mexico

  • Deploy Pro Launch methodologies & processes within the Business unit under his responsibility

  • Communicate status of projects to Senior Management to ensure projects are on track per Business needs

  • Monitors project portfolio perfonce within the Business unit or area under his responsibility

  • Provide training and Guidance on Pro-Launch tools & requirements to the production team leading the Transition

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/ Spanish

  • Good communication skills to interact at all levels within the Organization

  • Computer Skills (MS-Project & MS Office)

  • Strong project management skills (Multi-Projects)

  • Understanding of problem solving methods (Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis)

  • Proactive and result driven
