IBM GBS is currently seeking a professional with SAP experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and knowledge in Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping IBM to continue being recognized as the premier SAP solutions implementer in North America.Necessary qualifications for the position include:(1) SAP Skills:

  • 10+ years of hands on experience with IBP Demand, Supply & Inventory

  • Preferred applicants will have specific expertise with Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP)

  • Very good understanding of SAP MM, SD and PP modules and integration

  • Deep Industry and Global Project experience (Life Sciences industry is preferred)

  • Preferred applicants will be SAP certified

  • Strong familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies – experience in the Activate methodology preferred

  • Strong understanding of integration of SCM and ECC with their applicable interfaces and queue functionality

(2) Business Skills:

  • Proven ability working in a highly process driven environment

  • A comprehensive understanding of Life Sciences industry leading practices, specifically in the area of planning

  • Possess excellent high level written and verbal communication and presentation skill

  • Strong customer service mentality in a Corporate Environment

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task within a dynamic workplace

  • Thorough experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients

  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver results with an aggressive timeline

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Leading a diverse team in the Supply Chain area from understanding business requirements to implementing a new ERP solution

  • Assesses customer needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advice on options.Driving the development of functional and system specifications

  • Ensure consistency of SAP SCM and APO processes across all global business units to maintain consistency of the solution and properly manage the evolution of the solution

  • Lead business process workshops in Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP) areas

  • Conducting fit/gap analysis and business process modeling
