Sodexo HealthCare is seeking an Office Manager 1 for Greater Baltimore Medical Center , a 270 bed acute care hospital located in Towson, MD .

Are you the experienced Executive Assistant we’re seeking?

We are looking for candidates who can:

  • Assist with new employee on-boarding

  • Employee Payroll

  • Financial reporting as required for multi-service business unit

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint;

  • detailed oriented, flexible, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities; and

  • excellent organization, communication and project management skills.

Position Summary

Plays a lead role in the management of office services, supplies/inventory, facility management, and space issues for a small to medium sized office property. Leads the maintenance and alteration of work areas and office equipment. May provide administrative support to a department or group of professionals. May supervise less than two FTE employees.
