Eaton Corporation Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst in Valinhos, Brazil
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst in Valinhos/SP.
She/He will be responsible for:
Identify, develop and implement recruitment strategies roles throughout Latin America;
Support the company’s strategic goal of identifying, attracting and acquiring the best available talent;
Both strategic and tactical regional leadership, based on the companies evolving talent acquisition needs while delivering on existing talent acquisition programs;
Develop recruiting strategies for all salary banded positions in Latin America;
Identify and select tools and vendors needed to support and advance the regions recruitment strategy (should include Diversity and Inclusion initiatives);
Manage a requisition load of 30+ open positions in a fast paced environment;
Manage Talent Acquisition process beginning from search kick off through offer acceptance;
Utilize technology to identify new candidates, build relationships, and maintain a talented pool of candidates for selection purposes;
Develop recruiting strategies specific to each unique requisition;
Establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients;
Advance the confidence in the TA function in region by owning and driving a communication and education plan to HR leaders and Plant Managers on TA best practices, metrics, strategy and compliance;
Maintain current knowledge of recruiting trends and issues, labor laws and legislative initiatives that may have short and long-term implications.
Education / Experience required to meet position qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Labor Relations or Business;
English level: fluent;
Spanish level: fluent;
Experience with Talent Acquisition;
Experience using analytics/data/metrics to drive business results and impact business performance;
Proven track record of delivering results through successful project design and implementation.
Education / Experience preferred to meet position qualifications:
Knowledge of TALEO system;
Knowledge of LinkedIn.
