IBM HR Delivery Generalist's Assistant (Lithuania) in VILNIUS, Lithuania
An HR assistant during the internship assists HR Delivery Generalist in Lithuania in handling day-to-day workload, processes timely and accurately routine HR transactions and all related tasks given by more experienced HR professionals and/or management. This can include Relocation & Expatriate Services, Payroll & Payables, Recruitment, Benefits, Employee Data Management, Travel Management & Expense Accounting and further Compensation & Benefits and Workforce Management processes. The role ensures the delivery of a quality, customer oriented service to external and internal clients. To achieve this it is needed to follow the relevant HR Processes and procedures as well as they need to adhere to the control framework.
Has a basic knowledge in several main activities in an HR department, preferably in an Recruitment, Employee Information maintenance, Archiving, Labour Law.
Ensures that the daily activities, both individual and team ones, are fulfilled according to the timetable, procedures and business goals as agreed with team leader/management.
Ready to use Latvian and English on daily bases both spoken and written.
Fluency in Computer literacy.
