Key Responsibilities:

Mercer|CPSG is currently seeking a consultant for our growing Workday practice. The consultant will be responsible for participating in all stages of the project lifecyle, from planning and designing phases through testing and deployment of Workday Payroll solution.


Identify and analyses business needs

Participate or lead design sessions with clients in order to gather requirements and document key decisions

Translate business requirements into Workday payroll configuration

Work on test and deployment

Provide recommended approaches and best practices for clients based on industry and client requirements

Execute configuration of requirements through multiple prototype environments

Assist client with data conversion from legacy system into Workday

Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes

Provide functional expertise on technical integrations between various 3rd party providers

Ensure delivery of high-quality services to our clients

Engage with clients to identify all issues that could impact the project scope and timeframe Qualifications Education and Required Skills/Experience HRIS/Payroll functional consulting (including internal) experience or background. Ability to successfully participate in client-facing situations Experience with Workday (ideally), ADP or other Payroll/ERP management systems Functional HR capacity a plus Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes Knowledge of leading project management methodologies (Agile) Client focused/results driven Problem solvers Master’s degree Willingness to travel up to 60% Fluent both in French and English
