An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services professional to join our Financial & Professional Risks (“FINPRO”) practice as a Client Advisor. Initially with support you will manage a small portfolio of your own accounts as well as supporting and collaborating with other parts of the business to work on clients together. Your prime responsibilities include:

Account management – working with clients to develop and maintain long term relationships with key decision makers and senior stakeholders. Taking a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and servicing Working closely with Client Executives to ensure clients are effectively serviced whilst delivering account retention and growth Supporting new and expanded business endeavours through recognising opportunities and participating in client/prospect meetings With support you will - lead, plan and implement clear and effective renewal and brokering strategies, ensuring renewal performance, identification of risks, and responsibility for the issuance of all policies and related documentation, in an efficient and timely manner Ultimately after training - attending client meetings with the ability to take ownership of all the FINPRO related business requirements The successful candidate will:

Be able to demonstrate a successful history of 2+ years within financial services – insurance, legal, banking or finance backgrounds Exposure to client or account management would be advantageous along with insurance industry experience
Have a proactive approach to all aspects of account management & negotiation skills Have sharp judgement and excellent attention to detail Hold strong communication skills to enable you to provide a high level of insurance services to clients Be able to work successfully in a multidisciplinary team As a person you will be able to represent the company in a professional manner and work as a team member across the different areas of the business.
