Plantronics Director, Strategic Alliance in Singapore


  • Develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solutions areas

  • Knowledgeable of the partner’s propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities; ensures partner account of the vision, strategies and capabilities of the alliance.

  • Develops and executes attainable and strategy plans with the market needs.

  • Produces high-quality leads through constant engagements with partners in terms of marketing strategies; and coordinates with internal resources to launch partner sales planning efforts of the company.

  • Builds multi-level relationships with its partners including those in the executive level.

  • Manage existing and long term partnerships to optimize relationships, marketing opportunities, and joint new sales opportunities.

  • Work with Global Business Development and Marketing teams to design effective sales and marketing implementation strategies to maximize partnership related opportunities.

  • Increase long-term revenue as well as performance of the company.

  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.

  • Develop account plan for key accounts and territory.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction (managing pre-sales and post sales customer experience)


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree preferred

  • 10 years above technical industry experience recommended, prefer to have demonstrated experience focusing on Strategic Alliances or Business Development.

  • Familiar with Cisco, Microsoft and Avaya business. Better worked for one of the company.

  • Professional communication (oral, written) and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Strong communication with capability to interact with various level of leaders.

  • Independent and self-starter.
