Marsh & McLennan Employee Engagement & Research Consultant in Singapore
An employee engagement consultant works on a team to deliver employee engagement and survey research consulting projects. S/he will work directly with senior consultants to employee survey and engagement practice leader to localize global capabilities and participate in intellectual capital development. S/he will also design and conduct executive (c-level) presentations/meetings, action planning follow-up workshops, participate in client leadership development and connect employee attitude data to business outcomes with advanced analytics.
You would be expected to :
Project management including setting timelines, working with clients to obtain required information and materials, and working with the consultant and technology staff to set up the project. Ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget. This includes organizational hierarchy coding, user assignment, survey programming and administration
Coordinates meeting with clients and works directly clients to obtain project requirements. Assists in managing client expectations. Provides training to clients on how to use the technology as well as how to interpret standard reports. Reviews, checks and performs quality control processes to guarantee the results and project deliverables meet client specifications. Accountable for meeting deadlines and the quality of deliverables.
Documents project specifics, provides updates to supervisor and educates peers on processes. Shares and coordinates with other project managers and team learning and best practice.
Qualifications BA/BS in Psychology preferred. Advantageous to have a MSc in Organizational/Industrial/Occupational Psychology More than 5 years’ experience in social and/or survey research consulting; Experience in applying survey research to leader development and enhancing organization capability. Ability to design survey. demonstrated understanding of Statistics, research analysis Proficiency in SPSS/SAS/R – statistical software packages Understanding of manager development tools Prior experience in making presentation to HR and manager audiences
