Job Description

As a BA in the Marketing cards and Loyalty competency center, you will become a functional expert on the business processes, payment and card systems, and data in Retail Loyalty.

You will act as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community, using BA tools and techniques to collect and document business requirements, create user experience stories, translate them into feasible solution designs, interconnected experiences and ensure final solution quality.

Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Understand relevant architectures, PCI principles, technology standards, and solution interdependencies

Requirements

Must be Degree educated in either IT, Business or Marketing

CCBA (certification of competency in Business Analysis) as a Minimum

Knowledge of Key Payments architecture, PCI compliance and payment security.

Knowledge of the technology landscape including current and future developments and the most commonly available products and integrated solutions
