Order Management Representative

  • The goal of the Order Management Rep is to provide excellent Customer Service.

  • This position is responsibility for managing all aspects of the customer’s order from receipt to shipment.

  • The Order Management rep would be a personable individual who is confident dealing with customers and various departments.

  • They should be motivated, and team-oriented.

  • They should have the ability to prioritize work and make sound business decisions.

Ideal Candidate:

•High school education – college preferred.

•2-5 years related experience working in an Order Management role

•Requires excellent clerical skills along with telephone interface experience.

•Good judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

•Ability to transfer data using a keyboard.

•Excellent Customer Service Skills

•Proficient in Excel and Word

•Great attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

•Excel & Word

•High school education-college preferred

•Ability to transfer data using a keyboard.

•Oracle experience a preference

•Quotes pricing and availability

•Processes orders into an Oracle data base

•Monitors backlog reports and works closely with the Operations group to meet product delivery dates.

•Corresponds with customers via email, fax and EDI

•Checks status of orders per customer requests

•Prepares required reports to the customer

•Develop special reports to support customer needs

•Ability to make use of excellent communications skills, written and verbal in English

•Processing returns and credits when required

•Manage the Collaborative planning process with our accounts

•Retail Customer Service
