Combined Insurance Forms Analyst in United States
Description: Responsible for managing, developing and maintaining high quality automated forms for Chubb Commercial Insurance, using multiple software products. Forms Services team is responsible for end to end forms development process.
Key accountabilities · Composition of new and revised policy forms from raw text to scripting and formatting into the corporate standards through close collaboration with Product Managers, IT, Center of Excellence and Business Units. · Maintenance of Forms Management System and Product Library Reference Materials, adhering to business rules and state approvals. · Development and maintenance of forms for large complex projects across all Lines of Business; development, proof reading. Knowledge, skills and abilities: · Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and foster cross-team collaboration. · Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with customers and resource areas. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines. · Possess strong analytical skills, research abilities, problem solving skills and results orientation. · Ability to plan, prioritizes, and completes multiple tasks in an efficient fashion. · Possesses effective written and oral communication skills, and the ability to clearly convey information in a concise manner. · Addresses problems with an appropriate sense of urgency. · Strong attention to details and accuracy. · Proficiency in Forms Management System preferable. · Self-motivated to continuously learn and build technical skills with the change of technologies.
Qualifications: · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word. · Proficiency in Excel and Adobe · Manage multiple priorities at a fast pace with aggressive deadlines · Experience managing Business Partners expectations. · Experience in working with business requirements. · Experience with FSD forms system a plus.
