We currently have an opening for a Data Specialist . The Data Specialist will help manage quality data through all facets of the seed production process ensuring the highest quality product for our customers. They will also be responsible for managing production orders as the seed moves from a raw material to a packaged product. This position will be located at our corn site in Waco, NE.
The position requires teamwork and the ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships. Excellent communication skills are required as the job requires interfacing with both external and internal associates. A high level of integrity is required as the successful candidate will be exposed to sensitive and confidential information. Data Specialists are essential to the overall success of our company and the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality Monsanto products.
In this position, a successful candidate will work closely with and support other on-site personnel in an effort to continuously improve our processes and consistently establish the highest standards in the industry for safety, seed quality, cost, and supply reliability. They will work in an environment encouraging growth and learning.
Entry of quality data into SAP
Pull and analyze quality reports from SAP
Manage process orders
Manage refuge quality and supply
Manage inventory of packaging materials and seed treatments
Assist with inventory management and physical inventories
Other duties as assigned
Proficient in Microsoft office; especially Excel
Valid Driver's license
SAP experience and knowledge
