Job Description:

Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading a team of at least ten staff members processing and loading documents and data for large and complex systems. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, process improvement, tools, developing software scripts, and workflow for the system. Analyze metadata and database fields, including mapping and normalizing data from different sources. Provide business and system analysis and long and short-range plans for business solution, systems operations and maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources. Provide oversight and training to staff, including remedial training when required. Monitor high priority requests and exceptions to normal workflow. Domain knowledge of litigation support, electronic document discovery processing and forms of production.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors

  • 10 years professional experience

  • 7 years litigation support experience

  • 3 years management/supervisory experience

  • 5 years Information Technology experience

The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.
