CACI International Program Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description:

CACI is seeking a Program Analyst to assist with the coordination and execution of a wide range of Program Management Office (PMO) activities and initiatives aimed at enhancing staff engagement, management situational awareness, and improving internal communication.

The Program Analyst will assist on a range of complex program activities requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment of complex management processes, and mission support programs

Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Program Analyst performs a variety of analytical tasks in support of one or more contract programs. Aides in developing plans, including budgets, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s). Monitors and reports performance and programmatic documents against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Assists in conducting research and developing information to understand structures including cost, schedule and risk data, leveraging MS Project.

In addition, directs all financial management and administrative activities such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning, regularly updates and maintains the corporate SharePoint. Responsible for accuracy, reporting and consolidation of program information for all program CDRLs, metrics, financial reporting, and subcontractor management. Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

This position will be primarily out of the Crystal City office (Arlington VA), but candidate must have the ability to travel to customer sites in the Washington DC Metro area as needed (minimal).

Required Qualifications:

  • Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 to 7 years of related support experience

  • U.S. Citizenship Required

  • DHS EOD clearance must be obtainable

  • Good communication skills with ability to positively represent CACI to customers and partners

  • Strong attention to details and the ability to work unsupervised

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (project support or management) experience.
