POSITION SUMMARY

As the Digital Product Manager you will put the customer first, monitor the competitive landscape, understand our technical capabilities, and champion differentiating user experiences.

Focusing on increasing customer engagement and delight, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across Marketing and multiple business lines to develop a successful web product roadmap, define project requirements, manage the end-to-end development process, and ensure successful market launch. The successful candidate will have a track record of driving results in complex, dynamic environments. Your passion for digital innovation will help create user experiences that rival the best in any industry.

Fundamental Components:

Interpret user research, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation opportunities Work closely with cross-functional partners in design, technology, product and operations to define and refine business requirements Define a roadmap that includes successful A/B testing of new site changes and functionality Act as the Product Owner for the Agile Scrum teams Lead end-to-end project management, from concept development to post-launch analysis Meet all controls requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launch

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

7+ years of experience related to online product management Experience defining A/B tests and personalization strategies Experience with Adobe AEMExperience with Adobe Target a plus Strong grasp of new technologies, competitive landscapes, marketplace, and regulatory environment High tolerance for change and ability to retain focus in a dynamic environment

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
