Unit Description

Sodexo’s Sports & Leisure segment is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, ambitious and entrepreneurial District Manager to lead and grow our business in the Los Angeles and greater California / west coast markets. The ideal candidate for this role will be a hands-on leader with the ability to get results through strong communication and accountability with their teams. Must possess strong executive presence and have the ability to build strong client relationships that solidify Sodexo's value and create referral opportunities to grow our segment.

  • Experience in high-end food service environments including restaurants, stadiums, arenas, hotels, resorts, clubs or cultural venues required

  • Prior experience in a multi-unit management role is strongly preferred

This position will required the candidate to reside in the Northwest central L.A. market and will also have responsibility for business along the west coast (CA, OR & WA). Relocation assistance is available.#LI

Position Summary

Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Manager's.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
