Description of Duties:

Picks up flooring pieces from conveyor belt or from moving feed table. Places flooring pieces in between lugs of chain with board face up and tongue to the right, while ensuring board is positioned against bumper guide. Removes defective pieces of flooring from production process and places into waste belt conveyor. Alerts supervisor of flooring defects caused by mismanufacturing.

Skills Required:

Employee is required to stand and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to walk. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift and/or move p to 25 pounds.

Preference given to applicants with experience and/or consistent work history.

Our West Plains Plant employs approximately 260 people working multiple shifts. The plant manufactures ¾" solid hardwood flooring and is the third largest manufacturer in the area.
