Systems, Performance and Optimization Team, under the office of EIS CTO, is chartered to ensure proactive, predictive and standards based performance for EIS products in all deployment models and operational scenario's.
The mission entails development of Best Practices, Tools, Solutions as well as offering advanced technical assistance for a large portfolio of EIS Products and Technologies in Systems, Performance and Optimization arena.
Candidate will be part of a team of highly experienced and skilled technologists and engineers and contributing to an enviable mission.
The Senior Systems Analyst position will be responsible for providing advanced Tier3/4 technical analysis, problem isolation and resolution for complex Technical Assistance requests from EIS Stakeholders. EIS products are typically multi-tier web enabled applications and can either be ASP.NET/Windows/SQL Server (Majority) or Tomcat/Java/Linux/Oracle (Minority) based.
Candidate will be working with Systems Support, Services, Development, Engineering and other technical/business stakeholders towards resolution of Systems, Performance and Optimization issues.
Candidate will be doing data driven analysis, using advanced Systems and Performance tools and resolving complex technical issues in a multi-tier environment.
Candidate will need excellent written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Candidate will be able to engage a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidate will be expected to learn new products and technologies and keeping up with product/technology roadmap.
Reviewcustomer configurations and performance against best practices and standards utilizingadvanced tools and technologies.
Ensure Technical Assists are takingthe most effective path to resolution. Conduct Triage, analysis, isolation andresolution activities. Engage internal domain experts when necessary.
Maintain SPOT Escalation WIP (Workin Progress) board to give daily updates to our stakeholders and customers andmeet customer expectations of responsiveness and time to resolution.
Conduct Tech Assist reviews, detectproblem patterns, opportunities for downstream training, tool enhancements,knowledge acquisition, standards definition in order to improve overall productperformance and customer experience.
Train, educate and empowerdownstream teams on use of advanced tools.
8 years experience in systems programming
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar (SeniorSystems Analyst) Role.
Experience with multi-tier, web enabledarchitectures.
IIS Administration and Troubleshooting
SQL Server Administration & Troubleshooting
Microsoft Windows Server / Windows Desktop Administration& Troubleshooting
Advanced Performance tools (Sysinternals /Wireshark / DebugDiag / Fiddler/SSMS/Browser Troubleshoting with Developertools)
Basic Linux Administration and troubleshooting.
Data Analysis and presentation with SQL / Excel
Handling Critical Escalations : Maintaining composure in time-critical customerescalations, providing technical direction, providing objective and data drivenanalysis to help resolution.
Handling Executive Escalations: Providing Executive Summaries and Status updates whenTechnical Assists have executive visibility.
Ability to writeeffective Summary, Root Cause Analysis, Incident Review and businessRecommendations after Technical Assistance activity is completed.
Experiencein Hospital and Healthcare Information Technology (EHR/RIM/Ancilliaries).
AdvancedPowershell / Bash scripting
Oracle DatabaseAdministration Knowledge
LinuxSystems Administration Knowledge
Basic automation experience withPowershell/Bash/Ksh etc.
