In the Senior Client Service Support Consultant position, you will maintain accurate provider data through coordination with internal and external business partners and ensure compliance with contract administration.
Fundamental Components includes, but is not limited to:
Reviews projects for accuracy, completeness and consistency. Assumes leadership role for special projects and business process improvement initiatives. Understands other departments/processes and the upstream/downstream effect of work to those departments/processes. Serves as a subject matter expert, providing technical assistance to internal and/or external constituents on issues, products and/or system applications/delivery. Designs, develops and delivers transitional training processes and procedures to smooth the transition for newly hired employees from formalized classroom training to the departments production environment. Verifies inputted data and ensures compliance and quality by putting checks and balances into practice. Analyzes new products and policy changes and recommends methods and procedures for compliance and/or implementation. Has advance proficiency with Aetna systems and products and is able to assimilate and translate relevant information on products and policies; has the ability to effect change throughout the department. Identifies, recommends and leads changes to streamline or correct existing process or system procedures. Understands constituents needs and priorities; demonstrates methodologies to achieve successful provider data management. Communicates effectively and timely with internal and/or external constituents. Develops customized reports and analysis on an ad hoc basis. The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
