Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for general administrative, personnel administration, and travel coordination, and other project management admin matters in compliance with contractual requirements and established company policies. Works in a general office environment. Requires direct use of personal computer, printer, fax machine and other general office equipment. Work requires continuous walking, standing and sitting. Work will require lifting up to 25 lbs. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and procedures. Must comply with published company work rules.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Manages the admin function at each of the FOL sites including, personnel administration, and travel coordination, reimbursement matters in compliance with contractual requirements and established company policies.

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective records, files, and reports for all HR assigned RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Develops and maintains internal personnel management procedures for interfacing with employee and company functional activities.

  • Provides briefings and orientations.

  • Coordinates and processes routine personnel action requests

  • Provides liaison with local and corporate agencies on personnel matters.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent, and four to five years of related experience.

  • Prefer associates degree or equivalent knowledge and/or experience plus 2+ years related experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
