This Client Service Representative will work with the McKesson Health Systems (MHS) Vice President of Sales (VPS) to maintain MHS segment non-controllable accounts in a designated market area. Additionally, these employees will work with the Retail VPS on field activity with the RSM team including CSMP surveys and other customer defined activity. This position is a training position for both MHS and Retail segments and individuals will be placed in an open AM/RSM territory when turnover occurs. Relocation may be mandatory depending on where in the NW market an opening occurs.
Maintain MHS non-controllable accounts in accordance with all contractual commitments
Assist RSM team with field activities such as CSMP surveys and other customer defined projects as necessary.
Ride with RSM team in each market area to learn McKesson Retail business and customer engagement model.
Attend all McKesson team meetings and sales events as defined by NW MHS and Retail management teams.
Participate in all McKesson RSM/AM training programs.
Complete a 1 month rotation at a local McKesson distribution center to learn all aspects of distribution operations.
Assist Key Account Manager and MHS Sales Executive team with projects related to new business/funnel development
2 years customer service experience
4 year degree
Strategic problem solving and decision making ability
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Ability to effectively manage conflict
Strong aptitude to meet contractual processes and procedures
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite including intermediate Excel
Ability to travel 80% within assigned territory – clean MVR required
Relocation required within the North West region

Ability to work independently as well collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of specific region business trends a plus
Sales process training preferred
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience in customer support
- valid driver's license with clean MVR required
Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –
30% traditional office
50% field activity with customers and sales team
20% warehouse and other travel
Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –
Ability to drive 3-4 hours at a time, multiple times per week.
Basic office requirements including ability to sit, type and stand for extended periods
