We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our defined benefit (“DB”) Investment team. Key Responsibilities

Primary role - Investments:

Acting as lead project manager on a range of DB Pension Fund clients

Determining appropriate investment strategies and asset structures for clients

Advising clients on investment strategy, fund selection and provider reviews

Compiling and checking investment performance reports

Leading relationships with clients and developing relationships with clients

Helping to coordinate manager selection exercises

Reviewing investment manager documentation

Updating scheme governance documents

Ensuring changes to the investment manager arrangements occur on time and in the most appropriate manner

Dealing with queries received from clients, investment managers, third parties and other Mercer business lines

Checking or reviewing reports containing investment advice

Liaising with clients on a regular basis to ensure clients are kept appraised of all relevant developments

Delegating work to more junior colleagues; acting as a mentor to, and helping develop junior colleagues

Presenting technical training sessions to colleagues to support their learning and development.
