AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager to provide administrative and analytical expertise. The position is located in the Fighters & Bombers Directorate within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
Advise and coordinate multiple resource actions with Operations Management Chiefs and senior management officials; provide assistance to other manpower and personnel analysts regarding personnel matters.
Assist in managing and tracking Officer Performance Reports (OPRs), Decorations (DECs), Enlisted Performance Reports (EPRs), and Promotion Recommendation Forms (PRFs) requiring F/B Directorate leadership approval; and support the Officer Promotion Process.
Research a variety of manpower, civilian position management, and military data to validate recommendations.
Manage and coordinate all awards and training requirements/tracking. Represents the Directorate with various functional area organizations to maintain the awards program and establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with all customers.
Advise and coordinate actions with Human Resources (HR) Chief and senior management officials based on performance reports, awards and training issues.
Support other administrative and special projects/initiatives as required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience and a high school diploma.
Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
