What we need from you
We’re open minded about your career trajectory. You could be a Reservoir Engineer, Geoscientist or an experienced technical data manager; with a relevant degree, knowledge of subsurface and wells data, business processes and disciplines spanning reservoir engineering, petrophysics, geology, production, geophysics and well engineering. Sound knowledge of Reservoir Engineering and/or Production data is highly desirable.
You will bring us proven sub-surface data management skills including data quality management, end to end data flow analysis, data manipulation, integration and visualisation.
Technically, you’re familiar with software like Eclipse, Petrel, OFM, OpenWorks, PowerHub/PowerBI and ideally have knowledge of SharePoint (for basic document management tasks), Python (for data manipulation and analysis, and the UK NDR (National Data Repository).
Personally, you’re someone who brings a proactive, can-do approach to your work. You enjoy working with people and contributing in a varied team environment, delivering excellent customer service and cultivating strong working relationships with colleagues in data management, the asset teams and IT.
