Position Title Cost Analyst – Journeyman

AECOM has an opportunity for a Cost Analyst in our APG, MD location.
As a member of the PM Mission Command team:
Perform cost estimating activities, such as Program Office Estimates, Life-Cycle Cost Estimates, and Independent Government Cost Estimates, for various program life cycle phases.
Prepare and/or update cost studies, and provide input to documents such as Analysis of Alternatives, Cost Analysis Requirements Description, Integrated Program Studies, P-Forms, and R-Forms.
Assist in preparing Acquisition Strategy Reports, prepare cost models and tools, cost data bases, and cost estimating relationships to support program requirements.
Support the Government in Cost/Schedule Control System Criteria and/or Cost/Schedule Status Report reviews with assessments of contract, cost, and schedule status.
Assist in tracking of Earned Value Management on applicable programs of record and forecast cost at completion of projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of job-related experience. Highly skilled with word-processing, database, spreadsheets, and integrated software applications. Good communication skills. Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Advanced knowledge of analytical concepts, mathematics, and statistics.
