Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative. Responsibilities include all accounts receivable related administrative functions, including contacting delinquent customers via phone to secure payment, assisting with printing and mailing of statements, reviewing account histories with customers and posting payments, credit memos and adjustments. Daily duties include heavy phone activity and computer use, as well as filing and faxing of customer invoices and information and meeting monthly accounts receivable goals. Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional responsibilities include housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years' successful data entry experience

  • Possess a level of understanding and ability to use professional information in the area of credit and collections

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Preferred

  • High level of attention to detail and efficient decision making skills

  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills

  • Experience with SAP and AS400

Education

High School Diploma/GED (+11 years)
