Job Description

About the Job This position is responsible for leading all aspects of technology support for the Lockbox and Bizlink areas for Corporate Bank Technology. The role will partner closely with the support teams, project delivery, infrastructure, and other IT partners to maintain, improve and report on system performance and service levels. The Domain Support Manager will play an active role in support and project activities including but not limited to code deployment, design signoff, quality gates, implementation strategies, release and intake management, transition plans and overall production readiness. Resource will be accountable for managing Key Bank support resources. Will be required to lead, coach and motivate team resources. Position will also be accountable for vendor and financial management.

Essential Job Functions 1. Leadership / Execution

Provide direction to staff in alignment with established senior leadership direction.

Effective leadership and coaching required

Create, monitor, and report performance metrics, goals and results to senior management.

Maintain the appropriate balance between the needs of the enterprise and specific initiatives and delivery timeframes.

Coordinate team efforts including thought leadership, issue identification, mitigation, and resolution.

  1. Quality Control

Partner with line of business areas, other support teams, Infrastructure, Risk, Information Security, Delivery, Operations and other partners to ensure application stability.

Ensure teams identify and manage application risks, issues, and action items and escalate issues appropriately.

Ensure necessary development and testing practices are engaged for all changes and projects to ensure the quality and supportability of delivered solutions.

Work closely with project leadership to ensure project risks are addressed with contingency plans in place to mitigate risk

  1. Resource/Relationship Management

Establish and maintain "trusted advisor" status with client/partner community.

Foster collaboration across stakeholders.

Collaborate through effective communication.

Communicate accurate application status/health information to management, LOB, and other audiences, escalate where appropriate.

Develop innovative strategies to achieve business/partner goals.

Develop network of relationships across the organization.

Understand the current market and technology environment.

Energize and motivate the team to successfully complete assigned objectives.

  1. Vendor Management

Manage or establish vendor relationships in conjunction with application support responsibilities.

Provide contract management and oversight in conjunction with Procurement and Legal partners including negotiation of pricing and terms/conditions consistent with Key s business needs where appropriate.

Provide necessary oversight to ensure expected financial and administrative closure with internal/external vendors and customers.

Required Qualifications 10 plus years experience in Information Technology

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field or equivalent work experience.

Excellent analytical, written and oral communication

Strong presentation skills

Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues

Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently

Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight

Knowledge/experience with Lockbox/Bizlink applications and functionality is a plus

Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Team Management, Project Management, Business Analyst or Tech Lead experience preferred
