Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Digital Marketing Specialist

Preferred Qualifications

This is an exciting new opportunity to join the Oracle Data Cloud team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the development, measurement, and optimization our online presence across all channel strategies.

We are seeking a data-driven individual that has a proven track record of measuring the performance of online marketing sites and campaigns, developing testing best practices, reporting regularly to leadership teams, and creating new ideas to innovate current industry practices.

Responsibilities

Assist with the overall channel marketing strategy

Report on website property performance and ensure best practices are being utilized

Measure and provide insights to key stakeholders of all digital marketing assets including website, blog, and social media channels

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure online experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to measure across job functions

Optimize Oracle Data Cloud user experience

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Research and evaluate innovative technologies to improve organizational performance

Requirements

BS degree preferred

Proven working experience in marketing measurement

Experience with digital channel and demand generation strategies

Creative thinking with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that attract and convert visitors

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, KissMetrics)

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.
