The Role

This role will lead a

regional agency development team focused on providing training, education,

learning to drive adoption of Oracle’s technology, audience and verification

products. You have a proven track record delivering

results and getting things done. You can effectively communicate and build

relationships with partners, sales and executive leaders. The leader will be

responsible for a revenue goal for a portfolio of agencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

The primary

responsibilities of this role include:

Direct a team manages the strategy, planning and

activation relationships with a portfolio of operating agencies in your region

Manage the strategy, planning and activation relationships with a

portfolio of operating agencies on the West Coast

Own the revenue goals for the agency portfolio

Prioritize initiatives & team efforts to

support delivering on sales goals & flawless execution for key stakeholders

Ensure team is well-versed in all ODC products

and is optimized to help drive revenue

Implement key success criteria, tools to track

progress and align team to maximize performance

Provide regular executive overviews of the agency team

structure and responsibilities to Oracle stakeholders

Collaborate with the global agency leads and field

sales to report on activity & coordinate consistent communication across

the hold co portfolio agency and account team

Identify opportunities to improve team

efficiencies & performance and implement solutions to deliver against the

opportunities

Responsible for hiring and aligning resources

based on current & future needs

Ensure team is inspired, motivated and is

high-functioning

Qualifications:

BA / BS or equivalent (MBA is a plus)

10 years of experience in ad tech, digital marketing, and/or

analytics

Sales and sales management experience required

Programmatic expert including CTV

Skilled at relationship management

Understanding of online marketing metrics (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPA,

ROAS, RPV, AOV, etc.)

Experience working hands-on with a DMP (BlueKai,

Lotame, Adobe, Krux or Neustar) preferred

Located in region, comfortable with frequent travel

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important. Ability to hire and train new Alliance Consultants. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence.
